Thank you for shopping with Empyreal (empyrealaprl.com). Below you'll find how we process and ship your order.

Order Processing

Orders ship same day or the next business day after being placed. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

During periods of high order volume (new drops, restocks), processing may take a little longer. If there's a significant delay, we'll email you.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address.

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Domestic (United States):

Standard Shipping (1–3 Business Days)

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking numbers typically become active within 24 hours. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking info to update, and monitor your tracking for delivery status.

Incorrect Address / Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping fees to resend the package.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed, contact us and we'll do our best to help.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is accepted by the carrier, responsibility for delivery lies with the shipping provider. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received it, check with neighbors or household members first, then contact the carrier directly. Empyreal is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days of delivery at empyrealaprl@gmail.com with photos of the damaged item and packaging, and we'll work with you to resolve it.
